- Data usage is calculated for both downloads and uploads.
- You may change plans at any time during your contract.
- Service connection time is approximately three to five working days. If you currently have an active service, in most cases you can continue to use it without service interruption.
- Downgrading to a plan of lesser value and/or included data will incur a $20 downgrade charge.
- Data usage is counted in gigabytes where 1 Gigabyte (GB) = 1000 Megabytes (MB).
- Unused download data is forfeited at the end of each billing month.
- Early termination fee of $300 pro-rata applies for the broadband should you cancel within your contract term.
